We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and clearly genuinely caring. Our cat is quite sensitive and usually not comfortable around new people, so we were a little nervous before leaving — but it meant the world to us knowing she was in such loving and safe hands. We could clearly see that she was happy and comfortable, and the regular photos and videos gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was so reassuring to receive updates and see how well she was doing. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for the love and care she showed. Ying has been an amazing sitter, adapting perfectly to my cat’s timings and needs. She was very sweet and loving with him from the very first moment.
