Availability
I arrive to your home and spend a few hours in the morning. Typically this involves some time outside either by walk or fenced in yard followed by some food if they eat twice a day and then cuddles on the couch. I return again in the evening to spend more time with them following the same order as the morning. This is all customizable to fit your pet's needs.

Creating a safe and fun environment is always my priority. I always ensure that the pet’s space is clean and that their water bowl is full when I arrive and again before leaving. When outside I will stay outside with them and play if they want.

It’s extremely important to know any triggers that your pet may have. Things like reactions to thunderstorms, other dogs on a walk, if they’re high or low energy, if treats are ok, any medications, etc. The more information you’re able to provide to me about your pet the better I can care for them :)
A typical day
I love following the dogs lead to create a great day. If they have lots of toys then I want to be outside and get them playing but if they love a good cuddle then we can relax indoors and have some belly rubs.

Pet care experience
I have now been on rover for over two years and have had the opportunity to care for many types of dogs and cats. From puppies to senior pups, long walks or medication needed, I am confident in my ability to adapt your little ones needs. For house sitting stays I don’t spend the night. I spend a couple hours in the morning and return again in the evening to spend more time with them.

Yara took such great care of my dog and kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog felt comfortable, happy, and loved the entire time. Yara was very helpful and came to our rental to care for our dogs while we spent the day away. She even came over the day before to get some instructions for the medication injection.
YARA watched our two young Havanese three times in our VRBO for half a day while we vacationed in Orlando/Kissimmee area. They quickly attached to her and did very well. Our female suffers from separation anxiety and Tara was able to manage that with a good hands on manner. Our boy pup enjoyed playing and sleeping while she took care of them. We hope she can house sit with them again next year when we travel from Ohio to Haines City, as we work on the separation issue.
Yara was so good with my babies! She followed all the instructions I gave for my senior dog and hyper dog. They loved her!
