I’ve always had a passion for cross-training animals, especially dogs and cats. Whether they’re young or old, I find that I can build strong bonds with them. My approach focuses on understanding their unique personalities and needs, which helps foster trust and connection. I love finding creative ways to engage them through play and training, ensuring they feel enriched and comfortable. My experience has shown me that with patience and love, any cat can become a cherished companion.

Walter took great care of Bliss. I could really enjoy my holiday away, knowing my baby boy is in great hands. He was transparent with me throughout the trip which I appreciated and kept me up to date with pictures and videos.
Walter is such a warm, caring person, and my dog Sam loves his company. I feel at ease when he is watching Sam because I always get updates on how Sam is doing.
Walter is a sweet kind sitter and my dog Sam loved spending time with him, he even learned new tricks!! I really loved how Walter kept me updated the whole time and I had total peace of mind. I think Sam has a new buddy 😍

Schedule
Animals require fixed punctuality and times - not as leisure as us. Routines to potty breaks and feeding times are important followed by love and general care.

I tend to be vigilant like I would for a child. Keeping on top of dietary needs and being sure to “puppy-proof” in a proactive and regulated way is critical. Especially with older animals being sometimes more sensitive or requiring more awareness - I try to communicate in such a way that our fur babies communicate comfortably with me what it is they need always.
A typical day
A typical day with a furry friend means potty and breakfast first, followed by an active activity to stay healthy and flowing no matter the age. And of course in between dinner and snacks some extra play and cuddles that allow for some cognitive training as well.
