Family friendly, a home from home experience
🐾 The Furry Godmother Petcare 🐾 🐾 Licensed, insured, DBS checked & canine first aid trained 🐾 I have years of experience caring for dogs of all types, i have my own dog and cat. I also have previously fostered cats and have cared for small furry friends including rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. My cat keeps herself to herself and generally remains upstairs of the house out the way from dogs etc. I also care for different breed dogs on a regular basis including springer spaniels and labs. I have also had a chow chow previously who had behaviour needs. We aim to provide a home from home experience with a relaxed approach allowing pets to have free range of the house and garden with lots of exploring to be done too. I tend to exercise the dogs in an enclosed paddock to ensure maximum safety and fun.

Mabel’s first day with vicky, I couldn’t have asked for anything more it looked like she had allot of fun. I got regular updates throughout the day lots of photos. 10/10 experience. Will definitely book her again.
This was Milo’s first stay with Vicky, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She took incredible care of my fur baby-it truly felt like a home-from-home for him. Vicky kept me updated with lovely photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind. Milo was clearly relaxed and happy and I knew he was in the best hands. 10/10 - thank you so much Vicky!
Vicky was amazing with our dog Harley! Both my husband and I had to go away for work on short notice and I was a bit worried about leaving our anxious pup with someone new but Vicky was so amazing on communication both before and during Harley’s stay. She sent lots of photos and video and we could see Harley was having a great time and making new friends with the other dogs. We’ll definitely be using Vicky again! Great experience!
Thank you so much for looking after our boy so well. Vicky was really good at communicating right from when we first made contact and whilst our dog was with her we got regular updates and pictures which made me much more comfortable to see that he was enjoying himself. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again ❤️
I was a bit nervous since Maui has separation anxiety, but he settled in really quickly. Vicky’s place is safe and dog-friendly, and Maui came back happy and relaxed. Definitely booking again!

Zeitplan
I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My husband work various shifts. I take my own dog and my family and friends dogs out to different places to explore and socialise them.

Ein typischer Tag
I walk my own dog at least 3 times daily. One of these walks generally include walks with other dogs to socialise her and allow her other run with another dog. I feed my dog AM and PM with treats in between.
