Home-Based Dog Sitting with Lots of Play & Cuddles
I’ve grown up with dogs of all shapes and sizes—from a lively Yorkie to a gentle Golden Retriever and a curious Sausage Dog—so I understand the unique needs of different breeds and personalities. Now, with my own energetic English Springer Spaniel, Truffle, I’m excited to welcome more dogs into our home. Since I mostly work from home, I can offer plenty of supervised attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. This availability and hands-on experience mean your dog won’t be left alone or bored. Whether your dog is a playful pup or a more relaxed companion, I aim to provide a loving, attentive environment that helps them feel comfortable and happy.

Veronika really took time to understand and accommodate Rosie's personality and make her feel safe. Rosie had a lovely walk, lots of well supervised play, loads of attention as well as chews to keep occupied. Great pictures and detailed feedback about the day. Great to finds someone with good knowledge of dog interaction and behaviour. I won't hesitate to book again and can 100% recommend.
Veronika is great with my Koopie, he can have separation anxiety but I can tell he feels so at home with her. She’s gives great updates throughout the day and I know he is having a great time at daycare!

Veronika took care of my 2 year old Frug for a week as a very last minute request. The care and attention given to him during his stay was outstanding, Veronika is so kind, attentive and tuned in to all of the needs of the animals in her care. It is very clear to see she has a deep love and appreciation for dogs, and hours of planning goes into their stay. He was given long walks, tried new foods, lots of cuddles and understanding and space plus fun. I received lovely pictures and videos throughout his stay, and she has continued to check on his wellbeing since. I cannot recommend Veronika highly enough. Not only is she an incredible dog boarder, she is a genuinely kind person too.

Harmonogram
I don’t follow a strict routine with my dog, as I believe every dog has their own unique needs and rhythms. I’m happy to be flexible and work around the routine that suits each dog I welcome into my home. Whether they need regular walks, specific feeding times, or quiet rest periods, I’ll adapt my day to make sure your dog feels comfortable and cared for.

Safety and trust come first in my care. Your dog will have a secure, comfortable space in my home, with plenty of supervision and attention since I work mostly from home. I only accept fully vaccinated, dog-friendly pets to keep everyone safe. I follow your dog’s routine to help them feel relaxed and provide regular updates so you can see they’re happy and well cared for.

I don’t have a set routine but like to keep the day varied based on Truffle’s needs and the dogs I’m caring for. Activities might include walks to parks or woods, garden playtime, and enrichment games like puzzle feeders or scent work to keep them mentally stimulated. I also make sure there’s plenty of cuddle time and rest. Each day is tailored to what helps your dog feel happy, relaxed, and engaged in a loving home environment.
