I’m definitely a homebody person and spend a lot of time at home, which makes pet care fit really naturally into my routine. I currently work a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite, so I have a pretty flexible schedule throughout the week. On weekends, I usually like going to the beach or park, and I’d love bringing pets along for walks and outdoor time. Since I’m home often and enjoy a slower lifestyle, I think I’d be a great fit for giving pets lots of attention, care, and company while you’re away.

I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have helped take care of my parents’ Frenchies for years. I’ve been involved in training, feeding, walking, and giving them lots of love and attention every day. I absolutely love both dogs and cats and genuinely enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s playing, going on walks, or just keeping them company. I’ve always wanted a pet of my own, but since I’m not fully ready for the long-term commitment yet, pet sitting feels like the perfect way for me to still be surrounded by animals and do something I genuinely enjoy. I also have experience caring for senior dogs after adopting a senior Frenchie before moving out, so I understand the extra patience, attention, and gentle care they may need. I treat every pet like family and always want them to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care<3

I highly recommend verlyn as a responsible and loving pet caretaker. She often takes care of my little maple who is a dachshund. Maple is always excited to see Verlyn. Verlyn always sends updates of how my pet is doing throughout the day. I know that maple is in capable and safe hands anytime Verlyn takes care of her.
Verlyn took such amazing care of my dog while I was out of town for 3 days. She’s super loving, responsible, and genuinely cares about animals. Even outside of pet sitting, she’s helped come by for walks whenever I didn’t have time to take my dog out. My dog absolutely loves her and always gets so excited to see her. She’s such a sweet and trustworthy person, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter!
