Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with 9 years of pet sitting experience and 6 years of professional experience working with cats and dogs in shelters and boarding facilities. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including senior and special-needs pets that require medication or extra care. I’m currently a psychology student and single mom earning extra income doing something I genuinely love. Occasionally I may need to bring my children with me during visits or walks — they are respectful, gentle with animals, and have grown up around pets their whole lives. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust. I’ll always treat your pets like family and do my best to keep them happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away!

Vanessa has looked after our kitties a couple of times now, and she does a great job! She posts detailed updates and photos, and always lets us know of any issues. She does awesome with giving one of our cats medicine. It’s not easy being away from your fur babies, but it helps to know that they’re in good hands!
Vanessa was wonderful! She gave my cat medication with no issues. She was very communicative, always on time, and left a detailed update. She made me feel at ease with being away from our babies. Would definitely recommend her!!
Vanessa did a great job of taking care of my cats and bird while I was on vacation. She also informed me of a problem with my heating system and was able to adjust settings to regain heating until a technician was able to come out to repair it. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone needing a pet sitter.
She was absolutely amazing, my partner and I greatly appreciate how easy it was to contact her, how quickly she got back to us, and how attentive she was to our dog with many photos sent to us (which there is never a maximum for and we always love). Would recommend her to anyone who's considering her to look after their animals.

Vanessa did a great job taking care of our cats. They don't come out for most people we've had watching them, but Vanessa managed to get them to come out, and she played with them and brushed them, which was amazing.

Schedule
I am currently a full-time online student and single mother. My schedule is fairly flexible. There are times when my kids will have to accompany me. They know how to behave around animals.
