I have spent 10 years handling a 120-pound German Shepherd through everything from basic obedience to multiple surgeries and a 10-week physical therapy rehab program. I know how to read a dog, stay calm when something unexpected happens, and give owners an honest picture of how their dog did while they were away. I completed an 8-week private obedience training program through Off Leash K9 Academy, so I am comfortable working with dogs that need structure or have energy to burn. Alanah and I both love dogs. For boarding stays your dog is with both of us at home. For walks and drop-in visits in our immediate neighborhood, I'll mostly be handling those. We are comfortable with large breeds, senior dogs, and dogs that need medication or have specific handling needs. If your dog has requirements that most sitters turn down, message us first, and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.

Your dog's safety is the first thing we think about. We live in a secure, gated community, and our home has plenty of space to play, stretch out, and relax. We have miles of walking trails right outside, and Alanah and I both do walks, so your dog always has someone who knows them. If your pup would rather take it easy, we are happy to spend a cozy day inside with the A/C or the fireplace going. We have hands-on experience with large breeds, senior dogs, and dogs that need medication or extra careful handling, so if your dog has specific needs, we are not going to be caught off guard. One thing to know: We do have a cat in the house. He is relaxed around dogs and has his own separate area if needed, but we want you to know before you book, so there are no surprises.

Travis & Alanah were so great! Very helpful making sure that it would be a good fit for the pups and flexible on drop offs. While we were gone we received daily pictures and updates and able to fully enjoy our vacation. Pups were clean and happy on pick up. Would definitely trust again. Thanks so much!
Travis and Alanah were amazing with our dog! Would recommend them to anyone. They gave great daily updates with photos and Videos, and gave our dog special attention as a picky eater. Loved having them watch our pup!!

Since I work from home full-time, pet care isn’t just a part of my routine, it’s the center of it! Your dog will enjoy constant companionship throughout the workday, whether they’re napping at my feet while I work or joining Alanah and me for midday play breaks. Since Alanah and I are both dedicated to your pup’s care, our schedule is highly flexible. This allows us to provide frequent potty breaks, adventure walks on the nearby trails, and a consistent routine that mirrors their life at home. Whether it’s a morning stroll or evening snuggles on the couch, your dog becomes a seamless part of our family during their stay.
