I have been a pet lover all my life. Before the birth of my daughter, I volunteering at the Houston Animal Shelter BARC. Some of my duties include walking, bathing, cleaning and assisting with adoptions of dogs. Currently I have 1 dogs of my own, an 8 year old mixed terrier. Over the years I have completely enjoyed pet/house sitting for friends and family and believe it's time to expand. I am here for you and your pet. I am a trust worthy, dependable and a hardworking person who takes pride in going above and beyond in everything I do. I promise your dog with be a happy camper in my home and will receive nothing but love and care while in my home or yours. I live in a townhome that is 10 minutes away from Lents and Meyer Dog Park. Tira was wonderful with my fur babies, Kami and Jupiter while I was out of town. I worried as I'd never left any of them for the length of time I was away. However, Tira sent updates of them warming up to her daughter and even the dog; which assured me that I could relax. I graciously recommend and will utilize Tira's service again.
We travelled overseas for about 3 weeks. Our dog usually tends to suffer from separation anxiety so we were rather concerned about having to leave him behind for so long. Tira, however, did an amazing job. Due to her patience and positive attitude, she helped our furry baby to gradually adjust to the situation during her daily drop in visits. She followed instructions carefully and went béyond the call of duty to ensure our dog's care and comfort. We also greatly appreciated the Rover team's support and assistance when the first sitter that we had selected unexpectedly cancelled her services within à few days of our departure. We will definitely use Rover again in the future and would highly recommend Tira to anyone for reliable drop in visit services.
She's always great with my fur babies. I'm a worrier so she always send pix of the pups and anwers all my many questions.
Tira came through on short notice to watch our dogs for us while we had a night out after work. Our dogs love her!
Another great stay with Tira! Our Peach decided she wanted to be a picky eater but Tira was patient and waited for her to finish, digest her food, and then they had play time :)!

Schedule
Currently, I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for you and your pets needs. Therefore, your pets will receive my undivided attention.

Your pet can expect lots of love via belly rubs, brushes, and cuddles. Pets will have full access to my home and Yours if allowed. I do not leave pets in kennels unless requested.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Throughout the neighborhood or a local park. Your dog's sleeping arrangement If your dog does not need a kennel at night they will say in my bedroom with the door closed (just to insure they will not get into anything at night). However, if they need a kennel they will be left in the spare bedroom(because of the lack of space in the master bedroom). Time I'll spend with your dog Other than work...they will have my undivided attention!
