Lovely country environment
Dog lover, lifelong dog owner. Have a large beautiful fenced in yard, with 100 acres for walking. The dog(s) can run free in the fenced in area, and I am always happy to go for a leashed walk on the rest of the property. There is also frequently wildlife just outside the fence (like deer and rabbits), which most dogs find very exciting. I am retired teacher, which gives me the freedom to be home all day and give your pooch all the attention it wants. I have some experience with training, and am very capable with medications etc. I have experience sitting dogs in the past, and am always happy to send daily pictures and updates. I can not imagine a safer, more loving home for your family pet. I am retired and home all day. Dogs keep me active. I enjoy taking dogs for long walks on my land and enjoy sharing my house with them. I have a fenced in yard and have trails for walking that have no cars, and a pond that some dogs enjoy in the summer.

Our dogs loved their stay. We would absolutely book again and recommend Tom as a sitter.
Tom was an excellent host for our young energetic country lab. He replied quickly and answered all our questions. Tom’s easy going and kind nature but us totally at ease. He sent us pictures and updates which was wonderful. Our boy was obviously being treated well. Tom’s beautiful property is a dogs dream. He has a large fenced area which is attached to the house that has both sunny and shaded areas. He also has many acres of trails on his property and took our boy out for longs walks. Lucky dog. Tom has one dog living with him who has the same temperament as him. Easy going and welcoming. It was our first time working with Tom but definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Tom.
Amazing, dog friendly place out in the country… with a friend for Cooper to play with. Thomas was easygoing and responsive. We felt super comfortable leaving our dog with him.
Scout had a great stay with Tom, and we would happily book with him again.
This was just a one hour meet to see how Ollie would manage with Tom's dog Callie and for me to get a sense of what the environment was like. I'd never leave my dog with someone I hadn't met or someplace I hadn't visited and I would have no qualms whatsoever about leaving Ollie with Tom.
Thomas was great! My dog was quickly comfortable with him and loved being there. They were best friends after the first walk. We got daily updates with pics and I know he was well fed ;). Definitely rebooking next time I need someone.

I have a large piece of land-100 acres with many walking trails. Lots of varied animal smells to keep most dogs interested. No traffic, or leash needed if dog is trustworthy off leash. Have a fenced in yard for ball playing.
