I recently began working as the store manager at a pet store. Since I make the schedule myself, I have the ability to schedule days and weekends off to accommodate pet sitting.

Pet care experience
I have had animals all of my life. From raising and showing rabbits and hogs in 4-H during my school years to breeding and owning various animals later in life in my home. I have bred and raised many types of parrots as well as hedgehogs, dogs and cats. I have had terrariums, iguanas and sugar gliders among other things. I have taken animals to classrooms for educational purposes as well as had groups coming to tour my home. I am currently owned by two long haired miniature dachshunds and one African gray parrot.
