I've been taking care of dogs ever since I was 10 years old, This started when I supported my Auntie looking after her dogs, as at one point she had 10!. My love for dogs continuously grew since then. I am very passionate and dedicated person and want to provide the best care for your pets. Who are ultimately, your family! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family and friends pets, plus volunteering in different animal care environments over the years. I've had lots of experience with a range of dogs, and I've also got a dog grooming qualification which has given me further experience in taking care of dogs and meeting and looking after a complete variations of dogs. From a Samoyed, to a Pomeranian. I've learnt a lot about dog behaviours and breeds . I understand that a typical day of looking after pets is to exercise them, feed them, offer them nurture, comfort , interactions and ensure they are warm, safe and well looked after. I can handle any breed of dog, big, small, high energy, timid, low energy, younger dogs and older dogs. I love all different types of dog, so nothing phases me.

At the moment I will not have pets in my own home due to my family allergies. I would love to look after your pets in my own house but as I live with my family still , this service is unavailable.

Cannot fault Tarquin on my recent experience using her to care for my 3 dogs. Communication was great and she happily put my dogs first when planning visits. Would happily use again.
We needed a sitter for our dogs as we were attending our sons wedding. We had not left them overnight before so a bit nervous about getting a sitter. We used the rover app and found Tarquin. We can say that Tarquin was very professional and took lots of details at first meet and greet. She took her time to get to know the dogs before the event which gave us some confidence. On the day she kept us updated with how things were going and when she left she updated us and checked in to make sure all was OK. The dogs were absolutely brilliant which is testimony to the way Tarquin looked after them with walks feeding and cuddles. We would recommend Tarquin to anyone who needs a pet service. She is kind and caring and we will definitely use Tarquin again. Thank you Tarquin
For as long as I can remember, Tarquin has had a love and a passion for all animals. She has owned a dog, cat, snake and rabbits to name a few. With each one she recognises how best to care for them and takes her responsibility seriously. I know that I would entrust her with any of my pets as I know she would give them the best care with a smile on her face. She would take in to consideration each individual pets requirements and give them plenty of love and affection. I could not recommend her highly enough.
Tarquin is a compassionate pet owner who cares highly for any animals in her care weather it is her own rabbits or family and friends pets. She has worked at Paignton zoo volunteering and makes sure they are all looked after and cared for at a high standard. If I lived closer to her I would intrust her to look after my two dogs in a heart beat.
Very good communication, very kind person. Our dogs was scary but Tarquin been so patient and very kindly tried best to be friends with our babies. I can just recommend
I recommend Tarquin if you need anyone to look after your pet, she looked after my rabbit Elsa when I went on holiday in April and she did a fantastic job, Elsa needs a lot of medication and I was worried about finding someone who would be able to meet her needs, but Tarquin did, she put me at ease and explained that she has 2 of her own rabbits, the oldest being 7 so she has lots of experience taking care of them. When I returned home Elsa looked very happy and her area and litter box were very clean. I will definitely be booking Tarquin for when I go away again.

Schedule
I am currently working as a Health Care assistant. However this is a bank role, so I will be flexible when looking after your pets. Although my job as a health care assistant is my main source of income. I'd like to be able to commit my time as well, looking after your beautiful pets. As a bank worker, I can pick and choose when I work (as a health care assistant) which was enable me to schedule in your pet care. Animals are my passion , so this is something I'd very much enjoy doing and would like to make time for . I don't have any other commitments outside of work which makes me more flexible.
