My job is hybrid, so I only work out of the house 22 hours a week. This means I am home the majority of the day to spend time with your animals!

Boarding - I have a large fenced in backyard for dogs to run and play! I also have 2 dogs who will keep your pup company, but they are both crate trained so they can be put away if you have an animal who likes their space. I have a spare bedroom where animals staying with me will have their own space. Drop in care - I am willing to drive anywhere within the Rochester radius to take care of your pets, and will do whatever you are comfortable with! If you want someone to stay for a while to hang with your dog, I will do that, or if you’d prefer simple drop ins I will do that as well! (I am not available to stay at your house overnight to pet sit as I need to be home with my animals. For overnight care I will leave at night and return in the morning).

I love the outdoors, and will match whatever energy level your dog has! Whether is a slow stroll with lots of sniffing, or a run around Quarry Hill! I also love to take dogs to a large open field, put them on my 50ft leash, and let them run and play fetch!

I’ve been caring for animals since I was a preteen. My family has always had kittens, and I regularly dogsat for my neighbor’s 3 dogs. I now have 2 dogs of my own, both who were rescues. I adopted Avi when she was 2, and this past fall adopted Nugget who was 3 months old at the time. Both of my dogs are very well trained, and I am more than happy to continue your training routine while caring for your pets!

Tara was great with the dogs, came over for a meet and greet, and I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies with her for the weekend!
Tara was awesome with the kitties. Sent us pics daily. Would definitely recommend!!
Tara is fantastic and our puppy loves her! She is very timely and our puppy always comes back tired and happy :)
Tara was amazing! She was so willing I to help out last minute and was great with updates and clear communication with me. She was also very patient with my dog and I so appreciate her! I will definitely be working with her again!
