I’m currently completing my master’s program at Johns Hopkins online while also applying to medical school, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule. Because my program is remote, I’m able to plan my time well and make pet care a consistent part of my daily and weekly routine. A typical day with me would include plenty of attention, structure, and fun based on your dog’s energy level and personality. We’d go on walks, get lots of sniff time and exercise, play games, and have time to relax and recharge. I also like to keep dogs mentally engaged with interaction, routine, and a calm environment so they feel comfortable and cared for throughout the day.

I have 4 years of hands-on experience fostering dogs across a wide range of ages, from very young puppies to senior dogs, and I’ve cared for many different personalities, temperaments, and needs. Through fostering, I’ve worked with playful, high-energy dogs, shy or anxious dogs who need extra patience, and older dogs who need a gentler pace and more attentive care. That experience has taught me how important it is to meet each dog where they are and make them feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
