Sthefany & Jeshael did such an amazing job of caring for our pup, Gibby! It was our first overnight apart since we adopted her - and it was for 9 days!! - and she has pretty severe separation anxiety and some challenging behaviors, so we were apprehensive. Gibby took right to both Sthefany and Jeshael, which helped put our minds at ease. They are so kind, caring, and knowledgeable about dog behavior. It was obvious from the frequent (much appreciated!) updates we received that Gibby was feeling safe and happy and getting much love! Thank you so much for all of this - we appreciate you both so much! We’d recommend this fabulous duo to anyone, and especially for those whose pets need some extra support and love!
Sthefany & Jeshael were communicative, responsive, and flexible throughout the booking. I ran into an issue getting them the keys the night before my trip, and they were very accommodating in adjusting the handoff to the following morning, which I appreciated. When I returned home, Idgie seemed happy and well cared for, which was ultimately the most important outcome and gave me peace of mind while I was away. There were a couple of issues upon returning home that are worth noting. The front door had been left unlocked, even though I specifically mentioned via text message not to leave the door unlocked. Additionally, the lid on Idgie's litter box had been closed, resulting in her using the floor instead. I recognize that I did not specifically mention that she needs the lid left open, but my expectation is generally that household items and pet setups are left in the same condition and configuration in which they were found. Overall, this was a positive experience with a few areas for improvement regarding attention to household security and keeping the home to its original state.
They were communicative daily throughout our trip away, and gave our dog good care.
