Dogs are family! Works from home
I love all animals like they are family. My wife and I have been dog owners our whole lives. Together, we now own a Pitbull/Coonhound mix. I have been taking care of pets owned by family, friends, and neighbors since I was 13 - whether it’s pet sitting or walks. I work from home with a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to care for your dog. My dog, Nessa, is extremely social and loves playing with other dogs. I currently have an unfenced yard (a 1 acre property) but I will take your dog for walks on a leash around the yard, local trails, and dog park. I have 100 foot leashes that allow your dog to run “free” while still being restrained in the yard. Even when not outside, your dog will get plenty of attention inside between playing with Nessa and myself. I love playing fetch, tug, and just wrestling with dogs. Dogs are more than welcome on furniture and the bed and I also have dog beds throughout the house. On top of us owning dogs our whole lives, my wife has also owned horses. Together we have plenty of animal experience when it comes to safety, care, and health.

Stephen and his wife took great care of our dog. They truly treated him like he was their own, and sent so many pictures and videos of him while they watched him. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with them and will be using them in the future!
Stephen is THE best! He took such good care of our Moses while we were away. He really understands dog behavior and treats our dog just like his own. Moses came home tired (no small feat for a 2 yr old Boxer!) and happy. It is such a relief knowing we have someone so kind and thoughtful taking care of dog while we’re away. We can’t say enough great things about Stephen!
So easy to talk to and plan a meet and greet before hand. The dog lived playing around w a new person. Great little visit.
Stephen was great with Mochi. He was really flexible about meeting beforehand, so that his dog and Mochi could also meet and make sure they got along! Would 100% recommend
Stephen's apt complex has a great dog park out front - perfect for greeting dogs! Also He was a wonderful host and sitter, more than we could ask for!.Walks, porch naps, lots of photos we saw first hand how much fun our dog Sugar had this weekend. Thank you Steve!
Steven is AWESOME! He is very responsive, considerate of our doggy schedule and all around genuine person. He treated our pups like his own. I cannot imagine going away and having anyone take care of our 4 legged babies

Schedule
I work from home Monday-Friday with a very flexible schedule. I am pretty much available whenever during all 7 days of the week for boarding, dog sitting, or dog walking.

A typical day
Your dog will be well stimulated both physically and mentally. I allow plenty of time outside on long leashes for zoomies and plenty of sniffs. My property is full of smells from fox, deer, and other critters walking through to keep your dog mentally stimulated and their senses going.
