I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, which gives me great flexibility for morning and evening walks, as well as drop-in visits during my breaks. This means your dog won’t be left waiting around and can enjoy consistent attention throughout the day. I’m also fully available on weekends, so I have plenty of time for longer walks, park trips, play sessions, and lots of one-to-one attention. I always try to be as flexible as possible and am happy to discuss specific timing needs to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. Note: I work in the office Tuesday and Thursday

As a writer working from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care, ensuring they receive lots of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. Having owned dogs all my life, including large breeds such as Rottweilers and Dogue de Bordeaux, I’m confident handling dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I always take the time to understand each pet’s individual needs, personality, and any instructions provided by their owner. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

A typical day
A typical day depends entirely on your dog’s routine and needs. I always aim to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible while you’re away. As a writer, I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. Days can include walks, playtime, enrichment games, plenty of fuss and attention, and of course regular toilet breaks and fresh water. For more energetic dogs, I’m happy to provide longer walks and active play, while older dogs may prefer a gentler pace and lots of companionship. I also love sending photo updates so you can see how much fun your pet is having and feel reassured while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys playing fetch, exploring new walking routes, sniffing games, cuddles on the sofa, or simply having someone around to keep them company, I’ll tailor their care to their personality, routine, and individual needs. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

I’ve had dogs my entire life and have hands-on experience with breeds ranging from Rottweilers and Dogue de Bordeaux to Labradors and Retrievers. Because of this, I’m comfortable handling large, strong, energetic dogs as well as more relaxed family pets. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs, and I always take the time to make them feel comfortable, safe and cared for while their owners are away.
