I’ve had dogs my entire life and have hands-on experience with breeds ranging from Rottweilers and Dogue de Bordeaux to Labradors and Retrievers. Because of this, I’m comfortable handling large, strong, energetic dogs as well as more relaxed family pets. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs, and I always take the time to make them feel comfortable, safe and cared for while their owners are away. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them happiest. I treat every dog as if they were my own and will keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.

When caring for pets in their own home, I make every effort to maintain their usual routine, including feeding times, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and plenty of affection. I understand that many pets feel happiest in familiar surroundings, so I aim to provide calm, consistent care while you’re away. As a writer working from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care, ensuring they receive lots of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. Having owned dogs all my life, including large breeds such as Rottweilers and Dogue de Bordeaux, I’m confident handling dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I always take the time to understand each pet’s individual needs, personality, and any instructions provided by their owner. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

Schedule
I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, which gives me great flexibility for morning and evening walks, as well as drop-in visits during my breaks. This means your dog won’t be left waiting around and can enjoy consistent attention throughout the day. I’m also fully available on weekends, so I have plenty of time for longer walks, park trips, play sessions, and lots of one-to-one attention. I always try to be as flexible as possible and am happy to discuss specific timing needs to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. Note: I work in the office Tuesday and Thursday
