I’ve cared for animals for over 25 years, including dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, reptiles, rodents, and fish. Many of the animals I’ve cared for have been rescues, which has taught me patience, observation, and the importance of building trust at each animal’s pace. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and a strong interest in understanding their needs, behavior, and communication. I’ve owned multiple Cane Corsos, including managing two intact males and one intact female at the same time, so I’m very comfortable with large, powerful breeds and the structure they require. While I’m happy caring for dogs of all sizes, I naturally gravitate toward larger breeds and feel confident handling them calmly and safely. My experience has been built through years of hands-on animal care. I currently share my home with Lola, my Cane Corso, and Smokey, my cat. Both are well-established members of our household and are part of the calm, structured environment I strive to create for every animal in my care. I’ve also rehabilitated my rescue horse, Ranger, which has deepened my patience and understanding of animals that need trust, confidence, and steady guidance. For drop-in visits, walks, and pet sitting, I provide reliable, attentive care and always aim to follow each pet’s established routine. I appreciate knowing their habits, preferences, and personality ahead of time so I can step in calmly and consistently while you’re away. I take a calm, respectful approach to pet care and prioritize safety, communication, and reliability. My goal is simple: for you to feel confident your pet is cared for, and for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
