I have a completely gated backyard with patio shading, pool, and jacuzzi. I no longer have pets at home as my childhood doggies have passed away. Safety is my #1 priority especially when dog walking. I protect myself and your fur baby ensuring the utmost safety! I will never place your pet in a dangerous or unsafe environment because their lives are precious! Caring for a pet in my clients home means following all the rules and guidelines set by the client. I am a firm believer in communication and to create a sense of trust I will always keep in contact with you!

Please let me know how you feel about dog parks! I would love to take your dog to the park however I want to prioritize your dogs safety. If you are not comfortable with your dog in that space I will gladly accommodate! I believe it is important to know whether your dog is/isn’t spayed/neutered due to behavior that can be brought upon such as humping and aggression with other dogs. If your fur baby gets scared or nervous from loud noises or lots of people let me know so I can walk them in a calm environment!
A typical day
I believe it is important to ensure your dog is in a comfortable environment to maximize physical and mental enrichment! I love walking dogs in neighborhoods because it provides a calm, level, and safe environment that is essential for many dogs. Going to large parks also allows the space necessary for fun games and exercise. I love going to El Dorado Park because it is not only scenic but also large and has long trails for walking and a dog park! To stimulate their minds I often practice simple tricks and techniques during walks. I also love a good game of fetch! For more sociable dogs the beach is a great place I like to go where I can run and play with the dogs!

Pet care experience
Dogs are always in my life. I raised my chihuahua since I was little to live a long and happy 17 years! Dogs of all breeds have come into my care ranging from my own to strays picked up off the streets. Families and friends have entrusted their pets to me and through the responsibility of taking care of them I’ve learned the value of having a dog and am always interested in helping someone take care of their dog in anyway I can!
