I studied at riseholme college when I was 18 and have a subsidiary diploma in animal management. Part of this was looking after the dogs in the kennels on site. I have always had pets whilst growing up, being cats and dogs when I was in my family house, and from when I moved out. We now have 3 cats who are very laid back, and if a dog frightens them they will just go to another room. We also have a 10 month old Lab called Lily, who is happy with everything, loves people and any dog that will give her attention.

Sophie cared for Bear for 5 days and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of her! Bear was integrated into the family home and treated with lots of love, and she provided frequent updates including photos. Will definitely book again. Your pets are in safe hands with Sophie 😊
Sophie was the perfect person to have our fur baby over the weekend! Scout was clearly so comfortable with her and her family. I really appreciated the updates and pictures we received. We would definitely not hesitate in booking Sophie again!

Fabulous
Normally our lad goes to Sophie for overnight stays but this time it was for daycare. He always has a great time there and I know he will be visiting again sometime in the future.
Our golden retriever had a great time with Sophie and her family. He had a holiday, while we were having our holiday. I know that they take great care of him and wouldn't hesitate to book him in with Sophie again.

Schedule
I’m currently only part time, and looking to start working from home as a lash technician, so I have plenty of time to give your pets all the attention they need. My lily loves long walks around the fields near our house so this will be something we can enjoy with your dogs also.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a big fenced garden with lots of room to play. I have a crate that lily uses when we’re out so this could be available if your dog is crate trained. We allow pets on the sofa, and on our bed if this is what they’re used to, likewise if they’re not allowed we will follow your rules! We have big fields and lots of lovely places for walks.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs, physically and mentally. A standard day will be filled with long walks, lots of playing and even cuddles when they want to relax!
