Typical day routine includes 3-4 doggie walks🐾🐾🐾🐾, playtimes, and games like “Find It!” with delicious home-made dog treats — thus keeping furbabies happy during their stay! 🐶🎉❤️ Now that I’m a retired licensed Architecture/Interior Designer, I’m an Area Coordinator for Norcal Collie Rescue and volunteer at the SF SPCA. Previously, I volunteered at the Marine Humane Society (MHS) in Novato, Ca teaching Beginners Puppy and Agility Training classes. (See profile photo of MHS Training Certificate).

A typical day

I could give Sonia 100 stars, I would. Sonia is truly one of a kind, and I genuinely cannot imagine a better person to trust with my dog. To say my dog loves her would be an understatement. He is completely obsessed with Sonia. The second he sees her, he loses his mind with excitement. Sometimes I think he would choose her over me. From day one, Sonia has loved and cared for him as if he were her own. The bond they’ve built is so special, and it gives me incredible peace of mind knowing he is not just being watched or trained, but genuinely loved. My dog lights up around her in a way that is impossible to fake. Beyond that, the progress he has made under Sonia’s care has been amazing. She helped with potty training, socialization, confidence building, and teaching him how to interact with other dogs. He has grown into such a happy, well adjusted, confident little dog, and Sonia deserves so much credit for that. What makes Sonia exceptional is that she doesn’t just do her job, she pours her heart into it. She is patient, knowledgeable, communicative, accommodating, and endlessly kind. Every dog in her care is treated like family, and it shows. As a dog mom, there is nothing more valuable than finding someone you trust completely. Sonia is that person. When my dog is with her, I know he’s safe, happy, loved, and having the time of his life. In fact, I often joke that Sonia is his favorite person in the world, and I’m only half kidding. We absolutely adore Sonia, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has had such a positive impact on my dog’s life and on mine. Finding her was the best thing that could have happened to us, and we are endlessly grateful for everything she does.
As always, Sonia is amazing!! This was the longest I’ve been away from my dogs and Sonia kept me updated everyday and took great care of my dogs (even my rambunctious younger one). It was such a relief to be away and to know they were in great hands!
Sonia took such great care of my dog as usual! She gave regular updates and was so accommodating when my pickup time unexpectedly changed. Would highly recommend!
