I cannot recommend Shurui enough—she was absolutely incredible and carried the entire experience perfectly! She followed all of my instructions with absolute concentration and detail. My cat instantly felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely happy around her. I loved receiving the daily updates, which always included of photos and videos and that gave me total peace of mind while I was away. She truly went above and beyond, treating my home with respect and my cat like her own. I will absolutely be booking her again!
Shurui took good care of our cat and spent some time with her each time she popped in, sharing photos so we could see how she was doing. She was very communicative and friendly and we would definitely trust her to look after our cat again!

I'm usually available during the daytime (8:00-16:00) and can also visit at the late evenings (22:00-00:00) if that works for you and the cat/dog.
