Since I was a young child I have always loved animals.. I currently have two amazing cats named Mittens and Marbles. My dog Scrappy passed in 2021 and not a day goes by that I don’t think of him. They’re my world and just as I treat them, I treat other animals with an abundance of love and care. All of my animals were rescued and I have saved others in need until finding them a home. Pets are a member of the family and should be treated as if they are one of your children. I am aim the medical field working with parents as well and make sure just as a child has their needs, animals do as well. I am here to make walks fun and put pet moms and dads at ease so they know they’re being taken very good care of.

I have a fenced yard and it’s spacious enough for play. When going to a clients home, I ensure they are safe as well and that it would be fenced. I make sure they smell me and get to know me little by little when I first meet them. I am called an animal whisperer as well as a baby whisperer! ❤️

Shira was great! This was our first time using Rover and we now have a pet sitter for life! She was communicative, friendly and very loving with our 3 dogs. Highly recommend
I am thrilled to have found Shira! She is a lovely person and my cats warmed up to her immediately. Even my elderly, former feral cat loved her. She was quick to communicate about a potential issue with one of the kitties on the first day and it was solved almost immediately. I came home to relaxed and happy cats with immaculate dishes and litter-boxes. It is clear that Shira loves animals and I feel so at peace knowing that I have someone trustworthy to watch my babies in the future.

Harmonogram
I am a birth and postpartum doula so I have the flexibility to dog and cat sit easily. This makes me so happy to do in between clients :)
