Active Pampering of Your Loved One!
Hello! My husband and I are a very active couple and enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. We work together at home, and our schedule is flexible, so we can lavish attention on your fur baby - belly rubs, snuggles, treats (owner-approved), and soaking up the outdoors. We live within walking distance to myriad outdoor activities, so if your loved one is up for it, we can walk together from the house through the Washougal River Greenway, perhaps cool down in one of the many gentle swimming holes, take a hike or trail run at Lacamas, amble along the Columbia, or stroll around our peaceful neighborhood. There’s enough here to wear us all out!

Ruby loves staying with Jeff and Sherri.
When leaving Venti for the first time with someone who was not family, I was so weary but Sherri did the most wonderful job at sending so many photos, playing with Venti, listening and being so thoughtful to the instructions and even doing a cute photo on the day of my wedding of Venti congratulating Josh and I! Sherri went above and beyond and I could not recommend Sherri and Jeff enough for being the best care takers of pets!! Venti is usually a worried little guy but got a long so great and joyfully too!

What a great experience. Thank you Sherri and Jeff. It was such a comfort to be able to be away knowing my pup was in good hands. Sherri and Jeff did an excellent job watching Odie. They were very accommodating and made Odie feel welcome in their home. Thank you so much.
Sherri and Jeff were awesome! Our little Luna had the best time with them. They sent at least two updates a day with pictures and updates with what they were up to. They took her on several walks and hikes and we felt so relieved that our doggie was in good hands while we were away. Thanks so much you guys!
It's been about 48 hours since I picked up Harvey from Sherri & Jeff’s home, and he’s still on cloud nine! I'm pretty sure he had more fun than we did on vacation. With multiple hikes, hours of snuggles, and endless games of fetch, Harvey was in doggie paradise. It was so comforting knowing he was being loved and treated like a member of their family. Adjusting back to our routine, he seems to miss his three river walks a day—our single sidewalk stroll just isn't cutting it. We will definitely be using Sherri & Jeff again; I’m pretty sure Harvey has already booked his next stay!

Harmonogram
Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats, and I cherished my role as their main caregiver. After college, I picked up one of the pups from my parents’ nearby cattle ranch, and years later, another pup and a husband (now married 26 years) who grew up raising horses. Together, we had many awesome years with our travel and hiking companions as we crisscrossed the United States. We also fostered feral kittens through the Humane Society and loved them into cuddly little fur balls, and even raised incredibly smart and sweet pet rats over the years with our two children. Our hearts are big, and now that our children are grown and off to college and beyond, there’s a need to share the love. We travel, so we can’t keep pets of our own, but we’d enjoy spending time with your valued family member and treating your fur baby like our own.

We have a large, completely fenced back yard for games of fetch and chase, and it’s a great space for plenty of potty breaks and sunsets. For less active pups, we'd love to snuggle together under a heap of blankets to watch movies, or work outside while your pup naps in the shaded grass or on the covered deck, or take slow walks to explore new smells. Outside the fence, your pup will stay securely on a leash just to be safe. Our home is nonsmoking and clean, and while we are rather laid back with having pets on furniture, we are also happy to reinforce your home rules to keep things consistent. Your loved one will be the center of attention since we have no children at home and no other pets, and we host only one pet (unless from the same family) at a time.

We'll have many wonderful parks, hiking trails, and bodies of water to explore. Most are within walking distance of our home, and we would thoroughly enjoy the company!
