I pick up details and quirks easily and try my best to have a comprehensive understanding of the pet and their relationship with the home. I want to know all about your pet so even if it’s little details you think don’t matter, please let me know! Ex. Any notification sounds from my phone make my dog believe someone is home so to avoid that, I silence my phone when I am with him, especially at night.

The dogs triggers, how often they are used to going to the bathroom, how much food they eat, what their personality like, any places they do not like touched, what animals they don’t get along with, where they are allowed and not allowed in the house, how they express their emotions, their stamina, their typical daily routine, etc!
A typical day
I like to walk around green areas or where I know has access for a dog to have some grass time. I like to take them to places where we can run together and play. I like to play tug of war and fetch. With a cat, I love to play and cuddle!

I have had pets since I was little. I take primary responsibility of my family pets with grooming, care and vet visits! I have lots of experience with animals having grown up on a farm. If you have requests for farm animals, I can do those as well for a negotiated price! I have experience in chickens, goats, sheep, and cows!

Shannon was fantastic! Easy to communicate with and I felt confident leaving my dog with her for a week, with overnight stays. She sent pics and messages daily. No pressure to respond and it was reassuring. I could see that Tillie was comfortable and getting plenty of walks and cuddles. Shannon did a little extra and left the house looking great! She even left me some collage photos of pics she took with Tillie, so great. I would definitely use Shannon again and recommend her to anyone!
Shannon took such amazing care of our cats while we were gone! She took the time to get to know both of their different personalities, and went above and beyond to provide each with stimulation and care during every visit. Her thoughtful updates made it easy to relax knowing that our cats were happy and healthy. I would absolutely recommend Shannon to anyone looking for someone to look after and love your pets while you are away!
Shannon has always taken such good care of my dogs when I’m away and I know it’s no easy task because I have 4 goldens. She makes sure everyone gets fed and taken out properly. She drops in on time and prepared everytime!
Shannon is so great. She watched my 3 kitties and my little Yorkie while we went away to Outer banks. She kept everything so tidy and made sure everyone was well cared for. She also got a few little toys for my boy which was so thoughtful!
