My name is Shania, I’ve been around all animals all my life and from when I was very little I knew in my heart I wanted to take care of them. I have been a veterinary technician for 5 1/2 years now. I graduated with my associates in veterinary science in 2022. Animals have always had a special place in my heart, and caring for them isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. It has never been a job, but a calling. I’ve worked with pets of all kinds, from the playful to the shy, the healthy to those with special medical needs. That experience has taught me how to care with both skill and compassion. I started my journey with Rover as a way to continue doing what I love while also being present to raise my daughter.
