I had a great experience and would highly recommend Shang! He took excellent care of my dog and kept me updated throughout the stay by sending pictures and videos, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was happy and well cared for. My dog had a great time, and I could tell he was treated with lots of attention and care. I would definitely use their services again!

This is my first time using this app. Actually, it my first time actually letting someone watch my dog who doesn't know them so I was a bit worried. Not knowing who to choose from I randomly chose Shang. I am very glad I did. My dog is 15 years old, I had him since 2 months and he is now severely disabled and is going through dementia. Sadly, he is probably on his last days. Nevertheless, they took on the challenge, and it was a challenge. They informed me of everything that was going on and kept my dogs safe and comfortable as much as possible. If everyone on Rover is like these guys then this is the best app to find help for your pets. If I just found a diamond in the ruff (see what I did there), I'm letting you guys know where the diamond is. On top of all of that, they were very affordable. If you ask me, they are under valuing themselves. I may not have been the best customer with my dogs, but they have been the best sitter here so far. Thank you guys again, sorry for all the trouble. I was worried about leaving my 10wk ofd puppy with anyone for the first time, especially knowing there were other big dogs in the house, when he'd never really met any dogs before. BUT, to my VERY pleasant surprise, it proved to be one of the BEST days my baby ever had, as realized from the video sent to me while he was there. My pup ended up taking over the place; literally running around, jumping on, and over the big dogs who were sweet enough to tolerate his energetic l'il self? 🤐🤣 It was hilarious, and immediately put me at ease! Mr Chang was even kind enough to take him as a last minute booking as I knew no one, but trusted Rover from the past! I can't thank he, and his friend enough for accommodating us, and they deserve more than the 5 stars available! 🥰
