Little About Our Family… Hi, I’m Selah, an artist and Tax Specialist. My husband is a US Army Veteran and a Chef! My husband and I have 4 dogs of our own and they are our babies! We have bottled fed three of our four dogs until about 6-8 weeks old, adopted one dog and now they are thriving adults. All four of our dogs have been neutered and vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper). From daily treats to daily kisses and daily love, your furry family members are in great hands. As my husband always says, our doggies are more spoiled than he is! 😂😂😂😂 We understand that it can be completely stressful for any furry family member leaving their comfy home environment. Our goal is to keep your furry baby stress-free, relaxed and happy. As an added bonus, we do have cameras set up next to the kennel area, throughout the home and outside the home to keep a 24/7 eye on them. Doodle whisperer and passionate dog lover is why I only book with Selah & Kenneth. They took my fussy/spoiled doodle (Zeus) for 5 days. Selah sent pictures and videos 8-10 times a day (no joke). She got my doodle to eat his food and take his medicine, which doesn't always happen at my home!! She really talks dog language. I had peace of mind leaving my precious fur-baby with Selah & Kenneth. I'll be rebooking soon.
Selah is an amazing, attentive and experienced dog sitter. My golden doodle did great at doggie daycare and we will book her again for Thanksgiving. I got so many pics and vids. It gave me peace of mind.
This is Chance’s 2nd time staying with them. He loves it there. The attention they give to him is top notch. He gets a lot of playtime and I get a ton of pictures and videos from his stay with them while I am away.
Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Selah (and her assistant, Kenny). From the initial contact through my doggies' stay, she was very responsive -- always responding in a timely manner -- and communicative -- reaching out multiple times each day with updates and videos. I felt very comfortable leaving them knowing that she's clearly very conscientious to their respective needs and maintains a very clean environment in her home. I will definitely be booking future stays.
This was the second time Selah and Kenneth watched my puppy and like the first they were absolutely amazing. I am so grateful for them both. My puppy was recovering from surgery a week prior. They were extremely accommodating and met all her extra needs. It’s not every day you find people that give the same love and care to your pet as I do. Highly recommend these two wonderful people!
Rebooked with Selah and Kenneth and they were awesome!! Always on-time, spending *extra* quality time with our pups, super communicative with lots of videos and pictures, and makes them feel great so we arrive home with stress free dogs. We spent 2 weeks out of town, and Selah was there for the second half. After experiencing a bad sitter the first week, Selah arrived, and cleaned up all the messes left by the bad sitter, soothed our stressed dogs, and gave them extra love to get them back to normal. Selah is fabulous.

Harmonogram
REMINDER: In providing transparency, We may NOT be home full time throughout the day. When we are not home all 🐕 will be kenneled for their safety. All 🐕 are also kenneled for bedtime as well; especially if we are boarding dogs from different families. For instance my husband and I could be at work, grocery shopping, at an event, etc - that’s when your fur baby will be placed in a comfortable kennel. All Kennels are located in our garage and include blankets/ pillows. The kenneled area does have heating, air conditioning, dog beds, water, toys and some carpet on the floor.

CARE FOR PETS IN OUR HOME: We provide a routine for all pups daily. Snacks and toys provided throughout the day. We keep a clean home environment.

Wake up time is 5:00-6:00am and bedtime is by 8:00pm-9:00pm. The Lakeview from our backyard is amazing with over 1/2 acre for plenty of play and exercise. We have a mini pool just for our furry visitors to cool off on hot Florida days ☀️. We take walks throughout the neighborhood, meet new people and enjoy downtown Auburndale which is 3 minutes away.
