I love all shapes, sizes, and breeds! Before sitting or walking your dog, I'd like to know how your dog is with new people (some dogs may be scared when meeting new humans), if they are dog friendly and/or cat friendly (so we know what to avoid on our walks), and any medical issues or concerns your dog has (so that I can be extra prepared in the event of an emergency). I'd also like to know what your dogs favorite toys are, where they do/don’t like to be touched, and what makes them most excited and happy!
A typical day
If your dog has a special route they enjoy, we will be sure to go on that specific route. If not, we will walk in the nearby surrounding areas that are pet-friendly and pet-accessible. If you have a special area or place (such as a dog park) that you'd like me to take your dog to, just let me know!

I have over 15 years of experience caring for animals, both in a shelter setting and as an in-home pet care provider & dog walker. In my 4+ years working in animal shelters and rescues, I was the behavior & training manager for various organizations, working with the cats and dogs that had the most extreme behavior concerns. I love all animals and don't discriminate based on size, breed, or behavior/health concerns. Providing top quality care to your furry companions while you are away is my number one priority. Being a pet parent myself (1 dog and 3 cats), I understand how important it is to leave your pets in the care of someone you can fully trust. I can provide daily walks, daily drop-in visits, as well as overnight visits, and have 15+ years of experience administering medications. If you happen to be visiting the area and need someone to spend time with your pet at your airbnb while you're out on a day trip, I'm happy to help!
