Pre-portioned meals are highly encouraged! Please place each meal in a labeled sandwich baggie (AM/PM). If your dog is on a raw, refrigerated, or special diet, please discuss with us prior to drop-off. We’re happy to accommodate with advance notice. We are trained and comfortable administering medications, including pills, injectables, and topical treatments—please provide clear instructions and dosages. A Typical Day Every day follows a structured, compassionate routine built to provide safety, enrichment, and peace of mind—for both you and your dog. We don’t believe in charging extra for comfort, care, or connection. Instead, we create a well-rounded, low-stress experience where every dog is treated like family. 🌅 5:30 AM — Rise & Shine Our morning starts with individual or family potty breaks. We prioritize quiet, low-energy transitions to support a calm start to the day for all dogs in our care. 🍽️ 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM — Breakfast & Rest (for Boarding + Board & Train Dogs) Boarding and training dogs return to their suites for breakfast, followed by a 90-minute digestion break. This helps prevent bloat and supports calm, healthy routines—especially for larger or deep-chested breeds. Each dog relaxes with sound machines, pheromone diffusers, and calming music in a private 5x5 space with an orthopedic Kuranda bed or Impact Crate with Kong Ortho-Mat. 🐕‍🦺 Meanwhile... Day School and Non-Boarding Dogs head straight into structured playgroups after their morning potty breaks. These groups are supervised by our trainers and techs and designed to promote healthy socialization, outlet energy, and reinforce group manners. 🧠 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Custom Enrichment Rotations Once digestion time is complete, our boarding and training dogs join the fun. Dogs rotate through personalized enrichment blocks in 15–45 minute intervals, tailored to their energy levels, social comfort, and training goals. Physical Enrichment: Agility, treadmill, structured fetch, small group play Mental Stimulation: Food puzzles, lick mats, obedience refreshers, scent work This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—each dog gets the program that’s right for them. 😴 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM — Nap Time for All We dim the lights, lower the volume, and give every dog space to reset. Whether they’re staying overnight or here for the day, every pup enjoys a calm, private break to nap, decompress, and avoid overstimulation. 🍽️ 3:00 PM — Afternoon Meal & Rest (for Split-Fed Dogs) For dogs on twice-a-day feeding schedules, we serve an afternoon meal followed by a rest break to support healthy digestion. Just like the morning, we wait until digestion is complete before re-engaging these dogs in group activity. 🎯 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM — Afternoon Programming Dogs resume enrichment based on their energy level and individual needs. This block mirrors the morning, offering continued engagement, gentle exercise, or calm stimulation as the day winds down. 🌙 Evening — Final Potty & Wind-Down Dogs enjoy a final potty break, and one-on-one attention before settling into their suites. Some well-behaved dogs may receive supervised house privileges for extra comfort inside the home. No dog ever free-roams unsupervised.
