Our Daily Structure We believe structure isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. A predictable routine gives dogs the decompression they need, ensures balanced physical and mental stimulation, and supports quality sleep. Our thoughtful schedule helps dogs thrive during their stay—and it’s why many of our clients say their pups return home happier, calmer, and better rested than ever. Drop-Off & Pick-Up To maintain a calm, balanced atmosphere for our guests, drop-off and pick-up times are limited to 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. These windows are critical to the integrity of our structured schedule. Arrivals or departures outside of these hours can create unnecessary stress for dogs already settled in. If you need a special accommodation, we’re happy to help—just let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate adjustments for everyone’s wellbeing. Our Daily Schedule 5:30 AM: Morning Potty Breaks – Family units or singles only, no mixing right away to support a peaceful wake-up. Our Daily Schedule 5:30 AM: Morning Potty Breaks – Family units or singles only, no mixing right away to support a peaceful wake-up. 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Breakfast – After morning relief, dogs are fed and given a 90-minute rest period to allow for digestion and reduce the risk of bloat—especially in large, barrel-chested breeds like Boxers, Danes, Borzoi, and Shepherds. 💡 Tip: We recommend slow feeders and adding water to meals at home too! 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Enrichment Rotations – Tailored to your dog’s personality, energy level, and goals. These sessions run in 15–45 min intervals and can include: Physical Exercise Treadmill Conditioning Agility Work Group Play or Fetch Individual Play Sessions Mental Enrichment Food Puzzles Kongs Snuffle Mats & Lick Mats Basic Obedience Drills 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Rest & Reset – Midday nap time in each dog’s private space with calming music, pheromones, and a peaceful environment to support recovery and prevent overstimulation. 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Afternoon Enrichment Cycle – We reintroduce structured activities based on each dog’s needs, mirroring our morning rhythm. Evening: Final potty breaks, dinner, and wind-down routines before lights out. Our pups average 6+ outings per day, often racking up 10,000–30,000 steps daily—tracked via client-submitted Fi Collar data. Our goal is not just to “tire out” your dog, but to offer structured fulfillment through intentional movement, stimulation, and rest. This schedule is the backbone of what makes us a truly balanced, low-stress, and enriching environment—especially for dogs with anxiety, reactivity, or behavioral quirks that need more than just a place to stay.

A typical day
A Typical Day Every day follows a structured, compassionate routine built to provide safety, enrichment, and peace of mind—for both you and your dog. We don’t believe in charging extra for comfort, care, or connection. Instead, we create a well-rounded, low-stress experience where every dog is treated like family. 🌅 5:30 AM — Rise & Shine Our morning starts with individual or family potty breaks. We prioritize quiet, low-energy transitions to support a calm start to the day for all dogs in our care. 🍽️ 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM — Breakfast & Rest (for Boarding + Board & Train Dogs) Boarding and training dogs return to their suites for breakfast, followed by a 90-minute digestion break. This helps prevent bloat and supports calm, healthy routines—especially for larger or deep-chested breeds. Each dog relaxes with sound machines, pheromone diffusers, and calming music in a private 5x5 space with an orthopedic Kuranda bed or Impact Crate with Kong Ortho-Mat. 🐕🦺 Meanwhile... Day School and Non-Boarding Dogs head straight into structured playgroups after their morning potty breaks. These groups are supervised by our trainers and techs and designed to promote healthy socialization, outlet energy, and reinforce group manners. 🧠 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Custom Enrichment Rotations Once digestion time is complete, our boarding and training dogs join the fun. Dogs rotate through personalized enrichment blocks in 15–45 minute intervals, tailored to their energy levels, social comfort, and training goals. Physical Enrichment: Agility, treadmill, structured fetch, small group play Mental Stimulation: Food puzzles, lick mats, obedience refreshers, scent work This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—each dog gets the program that’s right for them. 😴 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM — Nap Time for All We dim the lights, lower the volume, and give every dog space to reset. Just like the morning, we wait until digestion is complete before re-engaging these dogs in group activity. 🎯 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM — Afternoon Programming Dogs resume enrichment based on their energy level and individual needs. This block mirrors the morning, offering continued engagement, gentle exercise, or calm stimulation as the day winds down. 🌙 Evening — Final Potty & Wind-Down Dogs enjoy a final potty break, and one-on-one attention before settling into their suites. Some well-behaved dogs may receive supervised house privileges for extra comfort inside the home. No dog ever free-roams unsupervised.

Pet care experience
Trainer-Led, In-Home Boarding for Anxious, Reactive & High-Standard Dogs Luxury care with real structure — not a kennel, not a daycare. We offer a private, in-home boarding and training experience designed for dogs who need more than just a place to stay. This is not a warehouse, kennel, or chaotic daycare environment. Your dog stays in a calm, structured home setting with low numbers and personalized attention. We specialize in: * Anxious or sensitive dogs * Reactive or misunderstood dogs * High-energy working breeds * Owners who want real structure, not just supervision Your dog is handled by an experienced trainer with a background in behavior and advanced obedience. We focus on: * Real-life manners, not just commands * Calm mindset and emotional regulation * Confidence building * Safe, structured socialization when appropriate We follow AKC Family Dog standards, meaning your dog leaves more reliable, more stable, and easier to live with. Every dog gets their own private rest space. No overcrowding, no chaos. Each stay includes: * Orthopedic beds or raised cots * Calming music and pheromone support * A low-stress environment designed for decompression * Natural calming support when needed We intentionally keep a small dog-to-trainer ratio (around 5:1 or less) so every dog receives individual attention, consistent handling, and structured daily routines. Training options can be added and are fully customized: * Board and Train * Day School (training and enrichment) * Private lessons and follow-ups We are also deeply involved in rescue work and have experience with dogs that struggle in traditional boarding environments or need a more thoughtful approach. Because we keep numbers low and care highly personalized, we typically start with a quick conversation to make sure we are the right fit. If you are looking for intentional care, real structure, and peace of mind while you are away, send us a message. We would love to learn more about your dog.
Reviews

Sarah was very helpful and accommodating when I mistakenly set the wrong drop off date. Sadi was very well cared for. Thank you Sarah!

Sara made dropping off my dog, Sadie, easy as can be. She looped me in with some of her trainers too so they could send me some pictures, which I appreciated very much. We look forward to boarding with her again! Thank you.

Sara is amazing. Words can’t begin to describe how grateful we are to have found a sitter like her. She has taken excellent care of our doggy which can be a handful when he decides to. We 100% recommend her! She will be our permanent sitter for as long as we live in Az.

Super easy drop off/pick up and I knew my dogs were taken care of!
