I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for family and friends for most of my adult life—basically, if there’s a fur baby involved, I’m on speed dial. With a mix of Cesar Millan techniques and a holistic touch, I ensure pets feel safe, happy, and maybe just a little bit spoiled while their humans are away. As a holistic practitioner, I also offer animal Reiki energy work for those pets who enjoy a little extra Zen in their day. In addition to my passion for animals, I juggle full-time work and being a student at NMSU (yes, coffee is my best friend). But no matter how busy life gets, I make sure your pets get the love and attention they deserve. Expect at least two daily updates—complete with photos, stories, and maybe even a dramatic retelling of your dog’s squirrel-chasing adventures or your cat’s latest plot for world domination. Your pets stay happy, you stay worry-free, and I get to hang out with some awesome animals. It’s a win-win!

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their usual routine to ensure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. This includes feeding them on schedule, providing fresh water, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I also use positive reinforcement techniques and incorporate a holistic approach, including Reiki energy work for pets who may benefit from extra relaxation or emotional support. I provide at least twice-daily updates via text, complete with pictures and details about their well-being and activities—whether it’s their latest squirrel-chasing adventure, a cozy nap in their favorite spot, or a new trick they decided to show off. My goal is to make sure pets feel secure in their home environment while giving owners peace of mind knowing their furry family members are happy and well cared for.

Sanora took really good care of our dog and cat and sent us many great pictures. It was great knowing that our pets were in good hands while we were out of town.
Definitely recommend Sanora. We needed an emergency replacement house/dog sitter for our pup and Sanora came through for us in spades! She is super friendly, has a great energy about her and our dog took to her immediately. We received daily pictures which we really appreciated on our trip, it really gave us price of mind. She was very good at communicating whenever she had to leave the home. If you’re in need of a sitter we highly recommend her. We certainly will be asking her if she can sit for us time we leave town!
Wow! Sanora sitting our dog allowed us to have a splendid time during our out of town trip. She sent us pictures everyday and sometimes multiple times during the day to keep us calm and let us know that our baby was doing fine. She has three of her own that helped our baby keep company, play, and keep busy. We will definitely let Sanora watch him again in the future and highly recommend her to others without any hesitation. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine, woven into everything I do. Whether it’s making sure pets are fed, exercised, and given plenty of love, or incorporating energy work like Reiki for their well-being, it all flows naturally into my day. Since I work full-time and am a student at NMSU, I prioritize structured yet flexible care that meets each pet’s needs. Morning and evening check-ins, walks, playtime, and regular updates to owners are just part of the routine. No matter how busy life gets, making sure animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for is always a priority. Plus, let’s be honest—spending time with pets is the best kind of stress relief!!
