Sandra went above and beyond when our train was delayed meaning we would struggle to pick up the dogs on time and she drove the 30 mins each way to drop them off at my daughter’s house. Both dogs seemed to have enjoyed their time with Sandra. Such a shame she is over an hour away from my home.
Sandra was totally lovely from start to finish. We have two young dogs and we did talk through their personalities and challenges extensively beforehand with her but in hindsight it wasn't the best fit and it was totally our fault as we hadn't realised she didn't have a fenced in garden when we booked and I think it was very tricky for both them and her not being able to get outside and run around easily and they went a bit feral by the sounds of things. We would totally recommend Sandra regardless as she was really great and it was our fault that we didn't check the details properly and think it through, and she did the absolute best she could under the circumstances, we got lots of updates and she was up for the challenge despite our dogs not being the best fit for her. If we were to book Sandra again (if she was willing to take another booking and we haven't totally scared her off!) then we'd only book our spaniel with her and we'd book our other dog elsewhere because that would have been much more manageable.
Sandra looked after my dog for the night and he seems very happy and content to stay with her. Sandra is very communicative and sent lots of updates ☺️
I would highly recommend Sandra for all your dog sitting/walking needs. She is incredibly professional and friendly and clearly has a real passion for animals. Will definitely be using Sandra again without a doubt.
