Hi, I’m Sam! I’m a 24-year-old lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for just about every animal you can imagine. I grew up on a farm and have years of experience with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, pigs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even reptiles. I’m the proud owner of a horse I bred and raised myself named Doc, a heeler/coonhound mix named Wesson, and an ivory pastel ball python named Vherya. I also completed a 3-year veterinary science program in high school and worked in a veterinary hospital, giving me a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and safe handling. For the past four years, I’ve worked as an exercise rider and trainer for racehorses up and down the East Coast, with Saratoga as my summer home base. Animals are truly my life, both professionally and personally, and I love staying active outdoors—especially when pets are involved! I would love the opportunity to care for your fur (or scale!) babies, whether that’s walking, pet sitting, or drop-in visits. Your pets’ safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priority.
