We were very disappointed with our experience. Had we known the sitter's actual schedule, we would have hired someone else. When we met before our trip, we were told she worked at the track until 10:00 a.m. each morning, which worked for us. However, she did not mention that she frequently returned to work in the afternoons, leaving our dogs alone for extended periods. Our dogs are accustomed to us working from home and are not used to being left alone for 4–5+ hours at a time. On Friday, the dogs were left alone for an additional five hours during the evening, around the time they normally eat dinner. On Sunday, our Ring camera showed her stopping by for only about five minutes (approximately 10:25–10:30 a.m.) after being gone all morning, and then leaving again. She was supposed to remain at the house until noon because we weren't returning from our trip until around 2:30 p.m. She never contacted us to let us know she was leaving early or to discuss any change in plans. We also returned to find our home left much messier than we had left it. Reliability and communication are incredibly important when trusting someone with your pets and your home. Had we been given an accurate picture of her availability from the beginning, we would have made different arrangements. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use her services again.

Samantha took fantastic care of my cat while I was out of town. She sent frequent pictures and communicated with me regularly. She left my apartment very clean and I came home to a very happy cat.
