I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by animals—growing up with five amazing dogs, two cats, and recently pet-sitting my brother’s cat and her litter of five kittens when I visit family. I’ve learned how to raise, train, and care for animals deeply and intentionally. When we had chickens, I remember training my dog to gently herd them back into the coop while my cat stood watch like a little guardian. I also recall how our dogs and cats would sense when one of my family members—whether my siblings, mom, dad, or grandma—was feeling down and would go over to comfort them. That’s when I realized how smart and intuitive animals can be when we trust and guide them. Over the years, I’ve gained experience dog-sitting for my mom’s friends, caring for my roommates’ cats, and providing care for a friend’s service dog. I’m comfortable with animals of all temperaments and needs, and I always approach each one as a unique soul with their own personality and rhythms. I also know how to bathe both dogs and cats with care and patience (yes, even the cats!). Whether it’s trail walks or quiet time at home, I’m here to ensure your pet feels safe, loved, and totally at ease. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give your pet the time and attention they deserve—whether that’s outdoor adventures or simply being a calming presence.

I’ll ensure your pets are always supervised, whether on hikes, at the dog park, or just enjoying time at home. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have regarding your pet’s routine or care needs. Whether it’s making sure they get to their preferred groomer, giving elderly dogs extra attention with special instructions, or managing specific dietary or medication needs—I’m here to make sure they are well taken care of. I’m also committed to keeping their space clean and comfortable, with daily cleanup and a tidy environment, so they feel right at home. You can trust me to treat your pets with love, patience, and respect while ensuring they stay safe, happy, and relaxed in a familiar routine.

Salomé was the best pet sitter we’ve ever had from Rover. She took excellent care of our doggo and our plants, pool and house while we were gone for a long trip. Everything was left cleaner than it was before we left and our dog very relaxed and happy. She is conscientious, knowledgeable, compassionate and a great communicator. We highly recommend her!

Schedule
I work from home, so my schedule is incredibly flexible and I’m available throughout the week to care for your pets. I can stay at your home overnight, providing consistent care for both cats and dogs. Whether you’re going on a short vacation or need someone for a long-term stay, from weeks to months, I can be there to make sure your pets get the attention and love they deserve. I’m available for stays of any length and can provide both regular visits or extended care as needed.
