Saleen and her partner were great and Nuggie seemed to really enjoy his time with them. They were really responsive with messages and I would definitely be comfortable booking with them again! They rock!
While Saleen seemed congenial enough- she did promptly refund a booking that did not initially go through- I was sorely disappointed in services rendered. I notified her of my pick up and drop off times and text when on the way. At drop off we almost left as it took 20 minutes of waiting before she answered the door or responded to her doorbell. When she finally came out she was not dressed, claiming she had been in the shower but had dry hair and skin. My daughter attempted to let my dog sniff Saleen to get acquainted and Saleen rudely took her out of her hands. My daughter advised she was letting Wiggles get acquainted and didn’t like that to which Saleen shortly replied “she’ll be fine.” She then said she had a cat and a dog and would not let us have introductions or allow us into the home. During the stay I had to request pics and updates as she provided none willfully. Upon return I confirmed I was on my way and got the same run around as drop off. We had to wait and knock repeatedly, when she text one second I’ll be out, it took another 8 minutes before some guy that I had never met brought my dog out. My dog and all of her items smelled so awful we had to throw her bedding away and she was not her normal self. She was whimpering and shaky but did not appear to be injured. I asked the guy how she got on with the other animals and his response was “well, we didn’t let her chase the cat around or anything.” ?!?!? I advised the gentleman of my displeasure and that I would post this review and not ever patronize this provider again. While I appreciate a young lady trying to make money, Saleen should not be a provider on this site. Do not take your pets here.
My dog returned happy and well I could tell she was taken care of.
Dogs came back very stinky, had to give them a bath immediately coming home cause I couldn't handle the smell. Bowls were returned all dirty, just not the best Rover experience.
Salem and her hubby took good care of my little one, would use them again.
