We are so thankful that Sakura was able to care for Julius and Kelbo once again! She is remarkably responsive, always on time, and so naturally good with animals. My dogs are small, elderly and idiosyncratic, but it is clear that they are already so comfortable with Sakura. We appreciate her care and attention to detail so much. Many thanks again <3

Sakura is amazing. First, she is incredibly responsive (we really, REALLY appreciate how timely she responds to any questions or messages that we've sent her way), and we also deeply appreciate how professional and conscientious she is about any appointment (she texts several days before to confirm the booking, and she keeps us posted if there are delays/issues with trains, etc.) and she has always been on time. And of course, just as importantly - our elderly little weenies seem to truly adore her. Our household is quirky, there are lots of odd bits and bobs that come with watching over senior weenies who have IVDD, but Sakura was able to learn their routine on Day 1. We are so thankful for her care and attention to detail, and look forward to seeing her again soon! Thank you so much again, Sakura-san <3

Sakura was amazing with our 4 cats. She kept us updated throughout. We felt very secure that she was taking great care of our cats and communicated with us during our trip. Definitely recommend!

Sakura has been a family friend for a long time and dogsat our dogs on multiple occasions. She cares for animals and does a brilliant job taking care of them. She is personable and responsible with any task given. Sakura is a friendly face that will take great care of your pet.
