I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. My family adopted our first dog when I was two years old, and he became my best friend. He was a Shih Tzu who lived an amazing 19 years, and I was fortunate to help care for him throughout every stage of his life. As a senior, I administered his arthritis injections and oral medications, giving me firsthand experience with caring for aging pets. When I was 19, I adopted my own Doberman/Rottweiler mix, who quickly became my world. We spent countless hours exploring hiking trails around London, and I absolutely loved giving her the happiest, most active life possible. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends regularly trust me to dog sit, take their pups on walks, visit dog parks, or enjoy local hiking trails when appropriate. I’ve also cared for cats and guinea pigs while their owners were away. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even a chinchilla. My own guinea pig lived to be 9 years old, and I was dedicated to caring for him through his senior years, including administering oral medications when needed. Whether your pet loves adventures, long walks, playtime, or simply want companionship and cuddles, I’ll treat them with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own animals. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member, and I would be honored to provide them with safe, loving care.
