Active outdoorsy dog walker/sitter
I’m a marine biologist and have a background in veterinary medicine and animal care. I have been pet sitting since I was 12 and have experience with all ranges of breeds and sizes. Growing up I took care of my family dog and have always loved animals. I love to run so if you have a dog that needs a lot of exercise I would love that! I am mostly looking to do dog walking and doggy day care. I have availability all day Tuesday-Friday. Please let me know if have any questions!

Ryanne has cat-sat for me on multiple occasions over the past couple of years. My cat is higher needs than most, requiring prescription wet food and pills 2 times a day. Not only did she accommodate his needs, but she went above and beyond, making sure he was entertained and had enrichment time with toys and lots of pets. I cannot recommend her enough to someone looking for pet care they can rely on and trust. She is wonderful, and my fur baby and I are so grateful to have had her help when life got busy!
Ryanne is a caring and reliable pet sitter! She has cared for my extremely energetic golden retriever by taking him on walks, staying over with him, and coming by to hang out with him for the day. I have always felt safe and confident that my boy was in good hands whenever we were away! She has lots of experience with many different animals and always prioritizes their needs!
I have known Ryanne for 20 years and she is one of the most responsible people that I know. I personally own a yellow lab who is getting really old and although he is sweet, his old age has caused him to be more difficult to care for. He needs assistance going up and down stairs and has to be given specific medication every say. Ryanne is one of the only people I trust to care for my own dog and he loves her! Ever since I've known her, she has loved animals and is so good with them. Because of her career she also knows a lot about animals so when it comes to medical questions in particular, she is always my go to person! She has such a positive attitude and I would trust her my own dog or anything else.

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time on the weekends at an animal rescue. So I’m available all day Tuesday through Friday. I usually also get off work around 6 PM so I’m happy to dog walk Saturday through Monday as well.

Because of my background in veterinary medicine, I’m comfortable with any pets with special medical needs. I have pet sit for numerous families either going over several times a day or staying overnight.
A typical day
I love tailoring activities to each pet’s personality and energy level! For active dogs, I’m happy to go on long walks, hikes, play fetch, tug-of-war, or other games to help them burn off energy. For more laid-back pets, I’m just as happy to spend time cuddling, giving belly rubs, playing with toys indoors, or relaxing together.
