It’s also helpful to know if your pet is up to date on vaccinations, as well as any specific routines, restrictions, or special instructions you’d like me to follow. If you would like your pet to be bathed or groomed during their care, please include those details as well. My goal is to provide safe, comfortable, and personalized care tailored to each pet’s needs.
A typical day
A typical day in my care is structured around both exercise and enrichment to keep dogs happy, healthy, and engaged. I start by taking them out for a walk to give them a chance to explore and get in some relaxed sniffing time, which is important for mental stimulation. I then move into more active play like running and fetch to burn energy and keep them physically fit. I also include jaw workouts using ropes for safe, controlled tug play that helps with engagement and focus. Throughout the day, I give them “sniffing workouts” where they can freely explore scents at their own pace. I also provide a designated digging area where they are allowed to dig safely and naturally. Between activities, I make sure they have clean, comfortable spaces, including well maintained and sanitized cages, so they can rest and feel secure.
