I never leave negative reviews but I want people to know what happened during my stay. Roxanna was booked for a weekend of overnight stay while we were out of town traveling. We hadn’t received any updates during the first evening which is odd so we checked our ring doorbell to see what time it had been opened and we realized the dogs hadn’t been taken care of since 730pm (it was now 1230am). I tried getting in contact multiple times in the evening with no luck. I reached out to rover support and they were able to get in contact with her and she arrived at our house after 1am. She texted me without an apology and just said she “fell asleep on her couch while packing.” Throughout the entire rest of the stay I was very uneasy and received very little photos or updates so I felt like I was always worried if they were okay after our experience the night before. After we returned from the trip there was an obvious accident that was very poorly cleaned up on our carpet, oatmeal all over the rugs and in the living room, and the bed and bathroom were left messy. I’m honestly really easy going and pretty flexible with the care times and coming and going, but leaving my 11 year old senior dog without taking him out to the bathroom after you told me he had been having looser stools earlier in the day really upsets me. No pet parent should be left worrying all weekend when they are supposed to be having fun and confident in their pet sitter. Roxanna is friendly enough but just be aware - not totally reliable. All of this feedback has been documented with rover support and Roxanna is aware that I am upset with the stay/care provided.

The house and pets looked great! So thankful to have been able to leave them in good hands! Would definitely use Roxana again!

We came home to our dog who was in great spirits. We believe that her time spent with Roxana went very will and that our dog felt very comfortable with Roxana. We have multiple contacts during our time away and follow up with Roxana was 100% to our satisfaction. We will definitely use her serves again.

Roxana did a wonderful job taking care of Kaya. Kaya is not an easy girl as her husky instincts are wild at times and she’s still young.

Roxana was great at keeping me informed on how my fur babies were doing! I always appreciated the photos, too!! I will definitely book with her, again!

Roxanna took great care of our dog and cat while we were out of the country for 2 weeks. She stayed at our house. She sent pictures regularly , asked questions when necessary and took good care of the house! I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again for our next trip!
