I am a retired school counselor so I am home daily unless I am away on a trip or visiting. Dogs are allowed to go into and out of the house. On hot, cold or rainy days they will stay in more often.

I have a nice large fenced back yard for your dog(s) to play. I also have a pool. Dogs are not allowed in the pool as it has a liner and we worry it may be torn by dogs who get into the pool. I also have two very friendly dogs who love to play with other dogs. My dogs and yours will be allowed to stay in the house with me and my family. During rainy days when they go out to a break, they are dried off and cleaned up when they come back into the house. I also have a small and large crate if your pet chooses to spend time in the crate. Owners are welcome to bring their dog crate if their dog has a preference.

I love all dogs. The pool is my biggest concern with safety. If your dog loves the water this may not be a good fit. The cats ignore the dogs as they are accustomed to having dogs around. I would love to care for your pets. Give me a few days notice if you need a sitter/boarder for your dog(s).
A typical day
We have a large back yard. Our dogs love to run, play and we use appropriate dog toys for them to play. We have a herding ball for the herders, chewing toys for others and balls for fetch. Dogs love to check out the perimeter of the fenced in yard and bark at the birds in the trees.

Regina is wonderful watching our Schatzi. When Schatzi arrived she was excited to be there. She was a little bit shy because she heard another dog, but I know she settled in quickly. When we picked her up, she was happy but was tired out from all her excitement of the day and needed a nap :)
Mabel enjoyed her time with Regina, per usual!! Wonderful dog sitter!
