Hello Future Paw Buddies, I recently had a baby 7 months ago and had put off dog walking and sitting, but I feel comfortable and more than ready to come back now! Through my connections with Rover clients and Animal Shelters, I have worked with different breeds of dogs, along with different animals such as chinchillas, turtles, and more. While I was growing up, my family and I would foster dogs and help out strays on the street. This extended into my tween years, where I attend Dorothy O'Connor's Pet adoption camp training shelters dogs and prepping them for adoption. In college I was an officer in an Animal Rescue Club, working with local shelters around the Houston area, along with obtaining a job at a Doggie Daycare. I have both professional and personal experience that I would love to showcase for your pets and you. I have a passion for animals, that extends out to pet parents. Please do not be shy, I do not bite (Pun intended) and reach out if you have any questions or would like more details about my experiences/references. Every dog has different needs and is exposed to different environments. I like to bare in mind all clients situations and assess from there what they are comfortable with. I have worked with crate trained puppies/dogs all the way to free roam dogs. I love being able to give the owner peace of mind that there routine will not change drastically and that their pets will be cared for safely in every aspect.

I’m incredibly DISSAPOINTED with Raven and will NEVER recommend or use her again. There were multiple issues with her caring for my animals while I was out of the country this time. The first issue, (which is minor in comparison to the large issue at hand) is that she left the house without making sure the garage door was completely shut. (I even had a remote for her to open and close the garage to make it easy on her). She left the house and hours later my neighbor called me to ask why my garage was open. So she left my house unlocked, unattended, and everything in the garage exposed in plain sight for hours. The BIGGEST ISSUE which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE is she left my animals for 15 hours! In our agreement she was not to leave the animals alone any longer than 6-7 hours. One of my dogs has medical issues so it is imperative that he has interaction. She is 100% unreliable and irresponsible. When I booked her for this trip she offered to lower the price and I expressed that I’d rather pay the full amount of $1495 to ensure my animals were well taken care of. I paid the full amount and she failed miserably. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of care she provided while I was in another country. I worried the entire time I was gone. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I find it is important to let others know my experience. My animals are my children. They had no way to feed themselves, get water if they ran out, have the temperature in the house adjusted, go to the bathroom, etc. She had TWO EMERGENCY CONTACTS to get a hold of if she was unable to care for them, she didn’t utilize those contacts or even let me know she would be gone for 15 hours. When I contacted her after I came home she became argumentative telling me I was being unfair because she supposedly took good care of them the rest of the time. Our agreement was they are not to be left longer than 6-7 hours period. She then offered a slight refund and Added insult to injury by waiting 16 days and refunding a mere $60. It was never about the money it’s about the lack of care and the argumentative behavior after the fact. Leaving my garage open for hours and being argumentative is unacceptable in every way. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE to leave any animal as long as she did. I’m so angry.
This is the second time I’ve used Raven and she did a wonderful job, it’s comforting to know I can trust her to take good care of my babies when I have to leave town.
We will always use Raven when we take our family trips! Truly the best!
Raven was wonderful! My normal Rover sitter was booked for the weekend I needed to be out of town so I was extremely nervous about finding another sitter. I wasn’t impressed with any of the options close to my house and I was able to get in touch with Raven through a mutual contact. She drove an hour and 45 minutes to take care of my babies and I couldn’t be happier with her care! She sent lots of updates and photos, and sent me cute messages through my home security! I would 100 percent trust her again. Thank you!!

Schedule
I'm currently working from home as a new mom, looking to step my foot back into the pet sitting world. My baby has adapted well with dogs, allowing me to take my free time as a pet lover and mom back into the world I took a pause from.
