Before caring for your pet, I like to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, any medications, allergies, behavioral quirks, and how they interact with new people or animals. It’s also helpful to know their favorite toys, commands they know, and anything that makes them anxious or especially happy. The more I know, the better I can make their time with me stress-free and enjoyable.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes lots of love, attention, and structured care. Mornings start with potty breaks and breakfast, followed by a walk or play session to burn off energy. Throughout the day, I make sure pets get regular potty breaks, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. Evenings include dinner, another walk or playtime, and winding down with cuddles. I try to keep their routine as close to home as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I love keeping pets mentally and physically stimulated! Depending on their personality and energy level, we can go on walks, play fetch, tug-of-war, or enjoy interactive toys and enrichment games. For more relaxed pets, I’m happy to do cuddle time, brushing, or just hang out together. I adjust activities to what your pet enjoys most so they have fun while feeling secure.

I’ve never gone a day in my life without a dog, and they’ve always been family — never just animals in the house. That same love and respect is what I bring to every pet I care for. With two years of experience as a veterinary assistant, I’m comfortable walking, feeding, playing, and giving oral or topical medications. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality so they feel safe, understood, and truly cared for while you’re away.
