I have been around dogs my whole life! I grew up with a shih tzu named Rocky and adopted a pomsky named Koala 5 years ago. Koala and I love going on our daily walks! Our walks are the best part of my day. Dogs are so special and deserve to be loved and cared for with patience and attentiveness. I have never met a dog I did not love. Up until a year ago, Koala and I lived with two roomates; my best friend and her 5 year old chihuahua named Georgie. Because my roommate worked a 9-5 at the office, I was Georgie’s main care taker. I trained both Koala and Georgie as puppies and I also cared for my dog Rocky as a senior dog. Rocky unfortunately passed away in October 2024 at the age of 16. I have thorough experience caring for senior dogs. I find it very important to clean dogs’ paws after walking in Manhattan and consistently do so to all dogs that I care for and will do the same for your fur baby if your dog is comfortable having his/her paws touched.

Rachel is a friend of mine and she has watched my baby puppy Rocky everytime I need to go out of town for a work trip. I think he likes her more than he likes me at this point. She’s the best!
Rachel is a caring, loving and responsible dog owner to the cutest Pomsky ever. Rachel trained her from a puppy and she’s an amazing dog. Rachel is patient, trustworthy, organized and honest. She loves animals and anyone would be lucky to have her care for their own pet. She loves taking her dog for long walks and playtime at the local dog park.

Harmonogram
My schedule is very flexible as I own my own fashion brand and spend my days designing from home. I typically start my day at 7am by going to the gym and then walk my dog (who would love to have other dogs join our walks) at 8:30am. Because I am self-employed, I can spend as much time as needed to tend to your dog! My availability ranges from 8am up until 10pm at night for walks and drop-offs. I also am available to board pups almost every night.

I have an extremely pet-friendly apartment as my own dog, Koala is a very curious pup. I also am willing to leave a pee-pad down if your dog is trained to use one. Koala shares all of her toys and is extremely friendly with all dogs; big and small. I leave water and kibble out all day. My apartment is in a doorman building, has no stairs and has three spacious bedrooms plus a good amount of living space for playing. Human food is never left out and I often play relaxing music that I feel dogs enjoy. Jhené Aiko is koko’s favorite! My favorites consist of Norah Jones, Lana Del Rey, and Billie Eilish.

I walk my own dog for at least one hour a day, usually closer to two hours, and will do the same with your dog in addition to bathroom walks when needed. If you are comfortable with your dog going to the dog park, I also like to bring my dog to the park and can include that in your dog’s walk! I live near battery park city and love taking my dogs to the Rockefeller park so that she can enjoy walking in grass. At my apartment, there’s plenty of toys, a dog bed, and water for dogs to enjoy. If they need to be fed during the day, I can make sure your dog eats his or her food.
