I’ve seen how thoughtful she is about pets needs, personalities, and routines, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure they’re happy.

I cannot recommend Payal highly enough as a pet sitter or dog walker. She is one of the most compassionate, reliable, and genuinely loving people I know, and her connection with animals is truly special. Payal looked after my cat for an entire weekend while I was away, and I trusted her completely with my pet. This is especially meaningful because my cat is extremely shy, nervous, and fearful around new people. She usually hides and refuses to come out for anyone. however, Payal was the very first person my cat ever felt comfortable with. Within a short time, my cat allowed Payal to approach her, stroke her, and interact with her calmly, which honestly amazed me. That alone speaks volumes about Payal’s patience, gentle nature, and natural ability to make animals feel safe. During my time away, Payal went above and beyond what I expected. She provided daily updates, photos, and messages that reassured me completely. She made sure my cat was fed on schedule, spent quality time playing with her, and paid close attention to her behaviour and wellbeing. What truly stood out to me was the extra care she showed she would sit with my cat, talk to her, and even read to her, making sure she never felt lonely or stressed while I was gone. Payal doesn’t just care for animals she treats them like family. She is attentive, responsible, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful, and I always felt at ease knowing my cat was in her care. Anyone looking for a pet sitter or dog walker who is trustworthy, patient, and genuinely loving will be incredibly lucky to have Payal. She has the biggest heart, and I would recommend her without hesitation to any pet parent.

I have known Payal for many years now and strongly believe she is more than capable of providing safe, loving care and great customer service. Payal has experience in caring for pets considering she grew up with dogs and was a loving dog mum! What makes Payal an awesome human being, is that she is a naturally caring and kind person who always goes above and beyond for others.

I have seen Payal engage with dogs for over 8 years. She has always been very caring, observant of the pet’s needs and always making sure the pet is safe and well looked after. I have seen Payal look after other dogs and cats where she is regularly checking in on them, giving them plenty of attention as well as giving them anything else they may need (food, walks). Payal is a very experienced person when it comes to looking after pets which is why I feel that she is a great person to consider for this role.

Payal has grown up around pets and has had pets of her own, so caring for animals comes very naturally to her. She already regularly looks after other people’s pets and takes it seriously, always making sure they’re comfortable, happy, and well looked after. She’s calm, patient, and very intuitive with animals, always picking up on their routines, moods, and needs. She takes responsibility seriously, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or just giving them comfort and attention.
