Come stay with Bertie and me - lots of fun!
We have welcomed four regular visitors (see photos) over the last two years, and there is even room for more as it is such an enjoyable experience for us all. The interaction and friendship between these canine friends are lovely to see. This has encouraged me to consider pet sitting as a good alternative to the long-term responsibility of a second dog.

Pauline is a great dog sitter. Kind, caring and very passionate about looking after your pet. Updates with messages & photographs so she takes the stress out of putting your loved pet into strange surroundings. I would definitely recommend Pauline as a preferred sitter in that location.
Paulene and her dog Bertie made Milo welcome in their home. It was Milo's first time away from home and Paulene updated us with a photo and said Milo had settled well. Milo enjoyed his stay and we will be booking with Paulene again.
Left Teddy with Pauline and Bertie for a couple of days. He obviously enjoyed it very much and we will definitely be boarding him with Pauline in the future.

Schedule
As I work from home (part-time) as an online tutor, your pet will always have company. We respect individual routines such as walks and meal times.

Safety, trust & environment
Any house guests have free access to all parts of my home, including the secure garden (fully fenced and locked gate - see photos) and daily walks. We live in a very nice quiet area with lovely neighbours and other canine friends. It is not uncommon for me to wake up in the morning accompanied by at least one other friend - but Bertie has always preferred his own dog bed to my company at night! We have an abundance of toys, bowls, treats, and, of course, those little bags that are necessary when going out for a walk.

A typical day
Each day is a new day to be guided by the needs of my canine visitors. It is important to maintain a regular routine as I do appreciate being in a strange environment can be unsettling. A daily walk or two is incorporated and to each day, initially an individual walk until I feel they are happy with me! Before doing a dual walk with Bertie. Dogs love to sleep especially on my comfy sofa and will often tell me when it’s playtime due to the basket of assorted toys close by. They love to play in the enclosed garden as you can imagine there are lots of sniffs to be had.
