Caring and reliable dog walker/sitter
I am a recent university graduate with extensive childhood experience with caring for pets both small (guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters) and large (dogs and horses). I own a rescue Staffordshire bull terrier and parsons terrier so I understand how to handle and support antisocial dogs or those that need to be monitored around other dogs and small children. I am experienced with dog walking and both overnight and day dog sitting and so I can perform tasks such as feeding, walking and cuddling your dog so you can be assured your pet is happy while you're away.

Drawing from my own experience with my dogs back home I am very careful to keep all low level windows and doors shut and any objects that may be eaten out of sight. We have lots of space in the sitting room and dining room area for your dog to run around and there isn't a garden but there is a park directly in front of our house. Dogs are allowed on sofas unless otherwise specified. Any other safety queries just contact me!

Ottie was amazing with helping us looking after whistler and so accommodating with our last minute need for a dog sitter! Whistler was clearly incredibly happy with Ottie and her household and I think he was rather sad to come home. Whistler has some anxiety based aggression and is not great with other dogs so we have often struggled to find a sitter who we feel confident will follow our instructions on walks etc. Ottie was amazing with this and we felt total confidence in her. We would 100% recommend Ottie and whistler can’t wait for us to go away again! Thanks Ottie and the rest of her household!
Chili is nearly fifteen years old but loves lots of attention and being with people. Ottie and her house mates were the perfect hosts for him! He came home very relaxed and chilled after his stay, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ottie is a caring and loving person who has a huge heart. She loves spending time with animals and giving them love and attention. She has had dogs since she was very little at home and has helped raise them and train them in a loving environment. She has also assisted me when I’ve looked after my dogs and has been wonderful making sure they are comfortable and feel safe with her so that the dogs could really enjoy and relax themselves.
Otterlie has had daily experience with dogs throughout her whole life. As a family we have owned 4 Staffies since Ottie was a baby and now have an 8yr old Staffy rescue & a Parsons terrier puppy. I feel that if she can deal with them, she can cope with any kind of dog. Ottie’s is safe & sensible in any situation, anticipating issues before they arise. She is not only kind and gentle but also a loving, fair and responsible person. I would certainly trust Ottie without hesitation to care for and walk any breed of dog.

Harmonogram
My job entails doing 2/3 24hr shifts a week but I often find myself with several days off in a row which I’d love a doggy companion for. I try to update my calendar to show my availability as soon as I get sent my rota.
