Unfortunately, this time wasn’t as great. We had worked with this sitter before and had no issues, we really liked her! This time, after I already had adjusted my day to fit the sitter’s schedule (asked for a drop in at one time, she worked, so I adjusted to fit her work schedule and left my house later in the day); regardless of us agreeing on a new time, she showed up late-and at that point I didn’t even really need her services because I was on my way home already. Unfortunately, my puppy was left a long time without being let out, which was what I was paying to avoid. My understanding is that the sitter had an emergency at work she had to stay late for, but I didn’t know that was the case until it was too late and she was finally on her way to my house. Otherwise I would’ve headed home at a more appropriate time. I would’ve liked more communication when the work emergency arose, so I could adjust as needed and probably would’ve canceled her service for the day at that point as I basically ended up paying someone to let my puppy out within an hour of me getting home. Unfortunately, a bad experience, I wish we could’ve avoided.

We were probably overbearing, as our pup’s only 3 months old, but Olivia made us feel so comfortable that now I can’t imagine using anyone else! We’re so thankful, and can’t wait to use her again!

Olivia is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met when it comes to animal care and safety. I have had her petsit my fur babies multiple times and never worry when she is caring for them!

Olivia has been the best pet helper I have ever found. She goes out of her way to help animals and has such compassion towards them. She will be there when you need her to help sit your pets or even to just play around the yard with them. She is extremely responsible and one you can count on. Sometimes my pets or even other pets I’ve seen like her more than their real pet parents! Olivia is amazing and will give your pet the love they need and deserve!

Our dogs LOVE Olivia and so do we! She takes such great care of everyone, including us when we travel. Olivia is a genuinely caring and conscientious person who absolutely loves "all" animals. She is completely reliable, trustworthy and always goes the extra mile to ensure our dogs are well taken care of. She does a great job giving them extra needed attention while we are away, feeding, watering, grooming, even spa days and plenty of playtime. My furbabies are always so excited to see Olivia and they just love to be taken care of by her. When our Mia (Boston Terrier) passed away Olivia comforted our family and gave us so much support. I would definitely recommend Olivia to anyone looking for loving person to take of their pets! She is a true blessing!
