I’ve dedicated my life to working with animals and just completed my Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at UConn. Since I was 10 years old, I have fostered orphaned kittens and pregnant mother cats and volunteered with the Mansfield Animal Shelter. I have also worked in a veterinary clinic, a kennel environment, and raised two guide dogs through a professional guide dog program. My experience includes caring for newborn kittens, senior pets, administering medications, puppy socialization, and handling dogs with a wide range of temperaments and energy levels. I have trained and handled dogs ranging from puppies to seniors, including my own workingline German Shepherd. I am comfortable using and properly implementing a variety of training tools and understand the importance of tailoring care and training to each individual dog. Whether your dog is reactive, nervous around new people, or a social butterfly, I will provide patient and attentive care.

Olivia has so much experience in dog handling. She has owned dogs her whole life, worked in an animal clinic and raised two future Guiding Eyes puppies over the course of 2 years, training them from a young age. Along with the responsibility of owning and training an animal, she completed her bachelor’s of science degree in Animal Science. She is very smart and motivated. Her experience is beyond the perfect fit for working under Rover.
I have known olivia for about 7 years, since both of our German shepherds were puppies. She has had her German Shepherd Tucker since he was a puppy and has been dedicated to caring for him and fulfilling his energy needs. Olivia has also raised two guide dog puppies for Guiding eyes for the blind, and cared for 3 dogs at once. I have trusted her with my own dog many times and she is always my first choice when it comes to leaving my dog with someone else.
Olivia was wonderful with my dogs and cat. She was caring, responsible, and attentive to all of their needs. I felt completely comfortable leaving my pets in her care because she treated them like her own. She kept me updated, made sure they were happy and well cared for, and showed genuine love for animals. I highly recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet caregiver.

Schedule
I have a flexible weekday schedule and am able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. While I am sometimes busy on weekends, I am usually local and may have availability depending on the booking. I pride myself on providing dependable care, maintaining routines, and keeping owners updated throughout their pet’s stay.
