Zeitplan
I work full time, largely remotely. My "in office" schedule is flexible and I will not accept jobs on days that I must be in office. I have three dogs (2 small breed, one standard size bernedoodle), 1 cat, and children. My animals hang out with me essentially all day (and we have great conversations)!
